East Asian security and strategy

I am conducting research on security in East Asian security and strategy with emphasise on the role and impact of China. A common theme for much of my research is conflict management and peacebuilding. Currently I am pursuing research in a number of areas (more information will follow, for the time being see publications or CV):

Among others I am pursuing a joint project with the Association of Foreign Relations (Taiwan) on Beijing-Washington Power Shift in the South China Sea after the ruling of the International Court of Arbitration.
