This week I scouted and planned for a forthcoming staff ride in the Ardennes to be conducted next spring for a course on the Higher Joint Command and Staff Programme at the Swedish Defence University. It was great to be back after two years on zoom and I am very much looking forward to next spring when we (hopefully) can conduct the course as it is supposed to be conducted.
As always it was rainier than the pictures suggest…
Today I gave a lecture on Grey Zone problems for reserve officers and officers with special competence within the Swedish Defence University’s executive education.
It was great to be back IRL on Campus and discuss the Grey Zone and problems related to hybrid threats and warfare with our very skilled students.
Starting 1 June, I have been appointed the Director of Studies for the PhD program in War Studies at the Swedish Defence University.
Today I gave a lecture on “Hybrid Threats and Hybrid Warfare: the greyzone and the role of the military” at the War Studies University in Warsaw, Poland.
Great group of students, great questions and inspiring discussion!
